摘  要:通过对生态安全内涵以及重庆市生态环境安全问题的分析,论述了重庆市加强生态环境信息处理能力、建立生态环境质量动态监控信息系统、以数字化带动生态安全科学化和现代化的必要性、可行性.构建了重庆市生态环境质量动态监控信息网络、生态环境数据指标体系及结构体系、生态环境地理信息(GIS、GPS、RS)应用支撑平台、生态质量预警系统以及生态事件应急指挥系统,为提高重庆市生态环境管理以及生态质量监测评价及生态安全的预警的水平和效能提供了理论支撑.According to the connotation of ecological security and the analysis of the ecological security is- sue of the ChongQing, this paper states the necessity and feasibility of enhancing the capability of entiro- ment information processing, of estabilishing the dynamic monitoring information system for entiroment for the ChongQing city, and of promoting the entiroment security by scientific and modernization, this pa- per structures the dynamic monitoring information system for enviroment of the ChongQing city, the hier- archy of entiroment data in index and structure, the sustaining application platform of ecogeographical in- formation system(GIS, GPS, RS), the dynamic monitoring and early warning system for ecological quali- ty and the emergency commanding system for ecological events. In order to improve the ecological envi- ronment of Chongqing city management and ecological quality monitoring assessment and ecological securi- ty warning level and efficiency to provide a theoretical support.
