摘 要:目的比较标准大骨瓣与常规骨瓣减压术对颅脑损伤所致大面积脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的45例颅脑损伤致大面积脑梗死患者的临床资料,按手术方法分为标准大骨瓣术组23例和常规减压术组22例,比较两组患者术后的临床疗效与并发症情况。结果标准大骨瓣术组恢复良好率、中残率显著高于常规减压术组,死亡率显著低于常规减压术组(P<0.05);并发症发生率显著低于常规减压术组,切口疝、癫痫发生率显著低于常规减压术组,硬膜下积液发生率显著高于常规减压术组(P<0.05)。结论标准大骨瓣术治疗脑颅损伤致大面积脑梗死患者并发症相对较少,疗效更优。Objective To compare the clinical effect for standard large trauma and conventional bone flap decompression in the massive cerebral infarction caused by brain damage. Methods The clinical data of 45 cases of massive cerebral infarction caused by brain damage in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The surgical methods were divided into the group of 23 patients of standard large trauma surgery and the conventional decompression group of 22 cases. The clinical efficacy of postoperative complications for the two groups was compared. Results The good recovery rate in the disability rate in the standard large trauma surgery group was significantly higher than that of conventional decompression group, the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of the conventional decompression group(P〈0.05). The complication rate of standard large trauma surgery patients was 56.52%, it was significantly lower than the conventional decompression group of 81.82%. The incisional hernia, epilepsy incidence was significantly lower than conventional decompression surgery group, the incidence of subdural effusion was significantly higher than that of conventional decompression group(P〈0.05). Conclu;on The complications of standard large trauma surgery in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction caused by brain damage are relatively small, and it is with a better efficacy.
