摘　　要：图书管理员是图书馆形象的示范者,图书管理员自身的心理素质构建是图书文化软实力建设的重要组成部分。可以说图书管理员的心理状况直接影响着图书的服务质量,因此对图书管理员心理健康状况的研究意义深远。Librarian is the library image fuglemen.The psychological quality construction of Librarian is an important part in the construction of library culture soft power.It is agreed that the psychological state of librarian directly influences the quality of library service,so the study on the mental health status of librarian has far-reaching significance.
