封包联合窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨封包联合窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及护理方法。方法:自2010年2月至2011年8月到我院治疗的142例寻常型银屑病患者分为两组,治疗组予封包联合窄波UVB治疗并配合精心护理,对照组仅予封包治疗,两组均在治疗6周后观察症状及体征的变化。患者治疗后随访半年。结果:治疗组较对照组第4周PASI评分(4.33±3.23 vs 6.24±3.35)和第6周PASI评分(2.32±2.02 vs 3.68±2.52)明显降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组有效率分别为85.89%和67.19%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访半年结果治疗组复发率较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:封包联合窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病并配合精心护理能够取得良好的临床治疗效果。Objective： To explore clinical therapy efficacy and the nursing approach of external used medicine packet combined with narrow-band UVB （NB-UVB） on treating psoriasis. Methods： 142 cases with psoriasis from February 2010 to August 2011 were di vi ded into two groups. The patients in te st group were treated with a combinati on of external used medi ei ne packet combined with NB-UVB, and meticulous nursing was carried out simultaneously. The control group was treated only with external used medicine packet. The symptoms and signs of patients were observed respectively and recorded after 6-week treatment. Patients were followed up six months after discharging from hospital. Results： PASI scores on 4-week treatment and 6-week treatment in test group were lower than that in control group （4.33± 3.23 vs 6.24±3.35,2.32±2.02 vs 3.68±2.52 respectively） （P〈0.05）. The effective rates of test group and control group were 85.89% and 67.19% respectively （P〈0.01）. Half year follow-up results showed less consequential neuralgia appeared in test group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is an optimal choice to combine therapy of external used medicine Packet, NB-UVB and meticulous nursing process for the treatment of psoriasis.
