摘　　要：提出了一种基于LonWorks总线技术的风机过滤器单元(FFU)风机群控系统,详细讨论了该系统的组成及具体实现方法。对基于PL3120芯片的智能控制节点和群控系统的集成进行了设计开发,系统组合了电力载波和TCP/IP通信技术,有效降低了成本。实验证明,该系统能有效地对多FFU风机群控系统实现智能化远程监控和节能高效运行,不仅改善了FFU风机的控制精度,还明显提高了FFU群控系统的可靠性和灵活性。A novel fan filter unit（FFU） group control system based on LonWorks bus was proposed. The whole group control system components and implementation methods were discussed in detail. Intelligent nodes based on neuron chips PL3120 and the group system integrated were developed. The system combined power line carrier system and TCP / IP communications technologies, which effectively reduce the system cost. The experimental and practical application proves that the designed system can achieve intelligent remote monitoring for many FFU fan group control system and energy efficient operation, and improve the stability and flexibility of overall control system.
