摘　　要：为解决现行捆钞方式所引起的现钞易抽张、易受潮、易受损、钞捆不易于管理等问题,设计出从送币、钞捆数量检测、钞捆信息打印、一次捆扎、钞捆转运、二次塑封、三次热缩成型等整个过程的全自动控制塑封捆钞机,实现了钞捆的唯一身份标识、钞捆塑封完整牢靠、钞捆塑封效果美观,满足银行系统"十二五"规划对五好钞捆的要求。In order to solve the bundling mode caused by the cash easily losing , damped, damaged and hard in bundled money management issues, the paper designed whole process automatic control plastic bundling machine from the note- feeding, bundled money amount detection, bundled money information print, first time strapping, bundled money transfer, second time, thermal sealing, third time thermo plastic formation etc, thus realizes the bundled money only identity logo, integrity and reliable bundled money plastic sealing, bundled money plastic in aesthetic effect to meet five- good bundled money demand in ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of banking system.
