摘 要:为分析各次谐波对高速电主轴动态性能的影响,根据谐波电流产生的机理,得出谐波电流的等效电路,然后应用迭加原理推导出振荡谐波转矩的计算公式和转速脉动公式,作为分析各阶谐波次数和电源角频率影响高速电主轴转矩和转速脉动幅值的理论依据,由此确定需要抑制的、能对高速电主轴动态性能产生较大影响的谐波阶次;最后应用高速电主轴动态性能测试平台,对高速电主轴在不同转速下的谐波干扰进行试验测试。试验结果表明,主轴转速越低,谐波对转矩和转速脉动幅值的影响越大,需要抑制的谐波次数也相应升高,使得主轴不能在过低的转速下运行,由此限制了主轴的应用范围。In order to analyze effects of harmonics on dynamic performances of high speed motorized spindle,the equivalent circuit of harmonic current is developed on the basis of the mechanism of harmonic current,then the formula of calculating harmonic torque oscillation and speed ripple formula is derived,using the principle of superposition,which can be used as the foundation when analyzing effects of harmonics and power frequency on the high speed motorized spindle's torque and speed ripple amplitude.Therefore,those harmonics that can exert significant influences on dynamic characteristics and need to be curbed can be clearly identified.Harmonic interference of high speed motorized spindle with different rotational speeds is tested on a dynamic performance testing platform of high speed motorized spindle.The experimental results show that when the speed decreases,impacts of harmonics and pulse amplitudes of torque and rotational speed increase,and the modes of harmonics that need to be curbed grow correspondingly that making the spindle operated impossible with low speed and thus limiting the scope of the spindle speed.
