摘　　要：针对汽车覆盖件在冲压成形过程中容易出现起皱、破裂等问题,以一车型汽车顶盖外板为例,采用Autoform软件对其冲压成形过程进行有限元仿真模拟,并对仿真结果进行分析和优化,最终获得优化后的模型,优化工艺方案。与传统设计方法相比,大幅提高模具设计质量和效率。Aiming at the issues of the crack and wrinkling during stamping,a typical outer panel of automobile roof is taken for instance and a finite element analysis software Autoform is introduced in the stamping of outer panel of car roof.In addition,analysis and optimization of the simulation result is processed.Compared with the traditional method,the quality and efficiency of die design has been considerably improved.
