摘  要:离心泵型线直接影响泵的性能。离心泵的型线即叶片压力面和背面的轮廓线。通过CFD计算软件Fluent,计算得出4种型线叶轮(变角螺旋线、等角对数螺旋线、Bezier曲线、渐开线)的外特性曲线,研究了型线对液固两相流泵性能的影响,得出了叶轮型线为渐开线和Bezier曲线时,有助于提高液固两相流泵的效率。The profile of centrifugal pumps have a direct compact on performance.The profile of centrifugal pumps is the contour line of the pressure side and the back side of blade.Using CFD software-Fluent,the outside characteristics′ curves of four impellers with different contour lines(angle-spiral,equiangular logarithmic spirals,Bezier curves,involute) are worked out.The performance influence of solid-liquid on two-phase flow pump is studied.It is obtained that the curves of involute and Bezier curve have a positive effect in improving the efficiency and head of solid-liquid two phase flow pump.
