摘　　要：对塑件产品进行了分析,介绍运用UG进行注塑模具设计的基本流程,阐述了实际工作中打破软件功能模块之间的限制,自由发挥进行设计的一般思路。探讨了基于UG平台实现注塑模具CAD/CAM的方法和途径,实践表明将UG软件应用于注塑模具的设计和制造,可缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,保证产品质量。Firstly,the performance characteristics of plastic part is analyzed,and the basic process of the injection mold design are introduced.After breaking the limits of software functional modules,the general idea in the practical work is described.Based on UG,the methods and ways of CAD/CAM of injection mold are discussed,it is found that the product development cycle and development cost are reduced by using UG software technique in the die design and manufacture,moreover,the quality of the die is ensured.
