摘　　要：研究的抽插式按键是应用于某款立体形式的便携式播放机中的一种组件结构,从该按键结构特点出发,提出了两种设计方案,并分别对其进行了详细的介绍,通过对二者优缺点的对比,确定了最终的按键组件结构形式。在对按键组件部品设计的过程中,有针对性的对以后生产中可能出现的问题进行了分析,同时给出了相应的对策。In this paper,a pulling and inserting button is an unit structure,which is applied to a portable player.From the aspect of the button structure characteristics,two kinds of design schemes are put forward,and it is introduced in detailed respectively,the ultimate key assembly structure is determined by contrasting their advantages and disadvantages.During designing the components of the button unit,the problems appearing in the later production are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are provided.
