基于Pro/E4.0渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计

摘　　要：以Pro/E软件为设计平台,利用渐开线方程约束的空间曲线、镜像、扫描混合及阵列等命令,精确建立了渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮参数化模型。该设计方法通过Pro/program命令修改几个主要参数,即可自动生成相应参数斜齿轮的三维实体模型,从而缩短产品开发周期,提高设计效率。Based on Pro/E4.0 software development platform,using space curve controlled by equation,mirror,swept blend,array and so on,parametric model of involutes helical gear is built accurately.In this design method,after the main appropriate parameters can be change by Pro/program,the automatically 3D solid model of correspond parameters helical gear are got,and then product development cycle are shorten and the design efficiency will be improved.
