中药序贯法治疗高气道反应性慢性咳嗽合并月经失调80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结用中医药序贯法治疗高气道反应性慢性咳嗽合并月经失调的疗效。方法采用月经后期疏肝清肺,用和法扶正驱邪;月经中期滋阴降火,交通心肾;月经前期养血调理冲任法治疗本病80例。结果总有效率96.3%。结论顺应自然,注重整体,辨证论治,才能取得较好疗效。Objective To summarize the effect on chronic bronchial hyper-responsiveness cough combined menstrual disorders with traditional Chinese medicine sequential method.Methods 80 patients were treated with these methods,which is reorganizing the liver,clear lung and Rousing with 'HE',method were used during late menstruation;nourishing yin and lower fire,connecting heart and kidney during mid-menstruation;grooming blood and recuperating Chong and Ren during premenstrual.Results The rate of total efficiency was 96.3%.Conclusion If Harmony with nature,Paying attention on entirety and differential treatment,we can achieve better efficacy.
