定喘胶囊对脾虚COPD模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞BCl-2及Bax的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨定喘胶囊对脾虚COPD模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞Bcl-2及Bax表达的影响。方法采用熏吸香烟加气管内滴注脂多糖的方法建立COPD模型,同时配合灌服番泻叶法建立脾虚型动物模型。采用链霉素亲和素-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)检测Bcl-2蛋白及Bax蛋白。结果定喘胶囊能够显著增强脾虚COPD模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达,降低Bax蛋白表达。结论定喘胶囊能够调节脾虚COPD模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞Bcl-2及Bax的表达,拮抗脾虚COPD模型大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡,增强呼吸肌功能。Objective To discuss Dingchuan capsules on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in skeletal muscule protein in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method The rat model of COPD was established by using the method of cigarette smoking combined with intratracheal injection of LPS. Senna irrigation of COPD mode help to establish the animal model of Pixu type. The expression of Bax and protein were determined by streptavidin-perosidase method （S-P）. Result Dingchuan capsules had significantly increased the Bcl-2 expression and decreased the Bax expression of skeletal muscle cell in rat models of pixu COPD. Conclusion Dingchuan capsules can modulate the Bcl-2 and Bax expression of skeletal muscle cell in rat models of Pixu COPD which might antagonize the apoptosis and increase the respiratory muscles function.
