摘　　要：面对中国传统武术频遭侵权并日渐式微的现象,在剖析传统武术特性、表现形式及现状的基础上,首先分析了传统武术知识产权保护的客体及可行性,其次探讨了除知识产权保护以外的其他法律保护形式。借鉴国际非物质文化遗产保护的成功经验,从法律层面提出中国进行传统武术法律保护的策略。In the face of the phenomena of traditional martial arts frequently infringed and development declined, on the basis of the analyze of characteristics of traditional martial arts, performance and status quo, this paper firstly ex- plores the objects of traditional martial arts＇ intellectual property rights protection and its feasibility. Secondly, this paper discusses other legal protection forms except for intellectual property rights protection. Finally,this paper puts forward the strategies of the protection of Chinese traditional martial arts on the reference of successful protection ex- perience of international non material cultural heritage.
