上海市中小学阳光体育经费投入及预算管理机制的研究

摘　　要：目前,上海市中小学在阳光体育专项经费投入和预算管理重要性的认识上存在很大问题,经费总额没有保障,预算编制不够规范、透明,预算执行不严格以及监督力度不够等诸多问题,有必要采取相应的措施建立和健全中小学阳光体育专项经费预算管理机制。At present, there is a serious problem on the Sunshine sports special funds investment and the awareness of the importance of the budget in primary and secondary schools of Shanghai, there is no guarantee and standardized of the total funding, nevertheless, transparent budgeting and budget execution are not strict, and not enough supervi- sion, it is time to take appropriate measures to establish and improve a primary and secondary sun sports special budget management mechanism.
