改良小青龙汤对变应性鼻炎患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的采用SNOT-20、VAS量表评价62例变应性鼻炎(AR)患者的生存质量,探讨改良小青龙汤中药治疗对患者生存质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响。方法采用患者填写SNOT-20、VAS量表的方法,对AR患者的健康相关生存质量(quality of-life,QOL)作出客观评价。结果①AR患者的QOL在患病后下降:SNOT-20总分、VAS得分治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②患者治疗前与治疗后不同时间各维度分值以及总分的比较,SNOT-20总分、鼻相关症状、活力、社会功能、情感职能和VAS,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论①改良小青龙汤治疗AR疗效确切,长期疗效较为理想,是一种治疗AR较为理想的方法;②SNOT-20和VAS量表相结合能够较全面地反映AR患者的生存质量,是一种能够应用于临床评估AR疗效的指标。Objective Using the Chinese version of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses outcome measurement -20（ the sino-nasal outcome test-20, SNOT-20） and the visual analogue scale（ VAS ） to evaluate the quality of life（ QOL ） of in the patients with allergic rhinitis（AR） for GAI Gailiang Xiaoqinglong Decoction. Methods SNOT-20 and VAS scale were used in 62 cases of AR for assessing. the effect of varied lesions on QOL, QOL changed before and after eat Gailiang Xiaoqinglong Decoction and the experience of evaluation process on QOL by two kinds of AR scale. Results ①QOL of the patients suffering from AR declined. The scores of SNOT-20 and VAS scale had statistical significance compared with the control group（P0. 05 ） ; ② To compare 3 month and 1year after cure with the patients after cure, there was statistical significance in BP, VT, SF, RE, nasal symptoms, score of SN OT-20 and VAS（P0. 05）. Conclusion ①The effect and value of Gailiang Xiaoqinglong Decoction in using of allergic rhinitis（AR） was significant and it was no adverse reactions. The therapy is valuable to use. ②Combined SNOT-20 and VAS scales can reflect the quality of life in AR patients more fully. It is one of indications assessing the clinical efficacy of AR.
