摘　　要：目的观察苏复宁洗液等药物对小鼠膀胱癌细胞的抑制作用。方法将小鼠膀胱癌细胞株BTT接种到T739小鼠腹腔,建立腹腔膀胱癌移植瘤模型,接种后24h称重并开始给药,随机分为对照组、SFN组、丝裂霉素组并腹腔注射给药。对照组给予0.2ml生理盐水,丝裂霉素组给药剂量1mg/kg,第1,6d给药。SFN给药剂量设300mg/kg,200mg/kg,100mg/kg高中低三个剂量组每天1次,连续给药6d。每组10只小鼠。观察各组动物的平均生存时间,比较生命延长率。结果 SFN对腹腔移植瘤小鼠存活时间的影响与对照组比较,SFN高、中、低剂量组使小鼠生命延长(P<0.05),平均延长率分别为79.1%、142.3%、120.5%,丝裂霉素生命延长率为134.9%。结论苏复宁洗液等药物对小鼠膀胱癌细胞具有显著的抑制作用。Objective The Sufuning lotion＇ s inhibition effects on murine bladder cancer cells were studied. Methods BTT were inoculated to T739 of murine peritoneal, and the model of intrapertioneal bladder cancer was build. After weighed, fifty mice were randomly divided into three groups： Observation group, SFN group （high, middle and low） and mitomycin group. In Observation group and mitomyein group, physiological saline （0.2ml） and mitomyein （lmg/kg） were given respectively. In SFN group, three kinds of doses （300mg/kg, 200rag/ kg, 100mg/kg） were given to mice per day for fix days. Results The life extension ratio of mice in SFN group increased significantly as compared with observation group （P 〈 0.05 ） , with different doses, the life extension ratio of mice in SFN group increased 79. 1% , 142.3% and 120.5% respectively. Otherwise, the life extension ratio of mice in mitomycin group increased 134.9%. Conclusions Sufuning lotion and mitomycin have significantly inhibition effects on murine bladder cancer cells.
