参芪地黄降糖颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芪降糖颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察。方法将130例DNP患者随机分为两组,治疗组66例口服参芪降糖颗粒4g3次/日口服及甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,3次/日口服。对照组64例,口服甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,3次/日口服,4周后观察疗效。结果治疗组患者的体征、感觉、跟腱反射及神经传导速度改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,可在临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 130 cases of DNP were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group of 66 cases of oral Shenqi Jiangtang granule 4g, tid, oral , and meeobalamin capsules 0.5mg,tid, oral. A control group of 64 cases of oral mecobalamin capsules 0. 5mg , rid,orally, the therapeutic effects were observed after 4 weeks, Results the treatment group with physical, sensory, Achilles tendon reflexes and nerve conduction velocity improved significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy curative effect remarkable, but in clinical use.
