中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征48例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效。方法将96例RNS患者随机分成两组:对照组采用激素与环磷酰胺、潘生丁、盐酸贝那普利四联药物治疗;治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用中医药治疗,疗程为1年,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为56.2%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗RNS疗效确切,临床意义重大。Objective Explore combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment refractory nephrosis syndrome （RNS） curative effect. Methods 96 cases of RNS patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group of hormone and cyclophosphamide, PanShengDing, hydrochloric acid bei the Pulitzer quad drug therapy; the treatment group in the control group based on traditional Chinese medicine combined with drug therapy,treatment for 1 year,compare two sets of curative effect. Results the total effective rate was 83.3% in treatment group and control group in the total effective rate was 56. 2% , the curative effect of treatment group was better than control（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment RNS symptoms, and clinical significance.
