基于VB的牛头刨床六杆机构参数化设计及运动分析

摘　　要：通过牛头刨床六杆机构运动简图,建立数学模型,并对其进行求解。利用VB软件编写程序,实现了该牛头刨床六杆机构的运动筒图参数化绘制,并进一步生成刨刀运动的位移、速度和加速度运动特性曲线。输入不同的已知参数时,牛头刨床运动特性的变化是比较明显的,这样可实现六杆机构的运动分析及优化设计,缩短设计周期,提高设计质量。Through the mechanism kinematic sketch for six-bar linkage of shaper,the mathematical model is established,and the solution is also carried out.The parametric drawing of kinematic sketch for six-bar linkage of shaper is realized on the basis of VB6.0, and the displacement,velocity and acceleration motion characteristic curve of plane cutter is also achieved.The movement characteristics of shaper is more obvious when different parameters are input,which can realize the motion analysis and optimization design of six-bar linkage,shorten the design cycle,and improve the design quality.
