环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗50例慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生性障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的50例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者使用环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片进行治疗,对照组患者使用司坦唑醇片进行治疗。结果观察组患者的临床有效率为84%,明显高于对照组患者64%的有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Methods 50 cases of chronic aplastic anemia were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received stanozolol tablets;the observation group received stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules.Results The total ef- fective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion The curative effects of stanozolol tablets joint cvclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia were reliable.
