试论人文教育在高校体育教学中的运用

摘　　要：近年来,在素质教育和新课程标准的先进理念的指导下,我国高校对教学的本质和功能有了更加深入的了解,在高校体育教学中加强人文教育已成为高校教育改革的重点和焦点。人文教育在高校教育中的弘扬体现了新时期教学改革的方向,大学体育课程的教学目标不仅在于提高学生的体能和体育基础知识,更在于通过增强体质达到"育人"的教学效果。目前,我国高校在坚持"坚持健身性与文化性统一"教学原则下开展体育教学,逐步实现了高校体育教学科学性、健康性和人文性的统一。本文就人文教育在高校体育教学中的运用做一简要论述。In recent years, the advanced concept under the guidance of the quality of education and new curriculum stan dards, our colleges and universities teaching the nature and function of a more in-depth understanding, strengthen hum anities education has become the focus and the focus of the reform of higher education in the College Physical Education.
