摘 要:为了获得经济价值和利用价值更高的耐磨材料,设计了一种以1.0%钛强化的中铬铸铁,并根据Jmat曲线确定了热处理工艺,同时借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、硬度计、冲击试验机和磨料磨损试验机等仪器设备,对其铸态及热处理态的显微组织和性能分别进行了观察测试。结果表明,经1 040℃淬火+回火处理的试样综合性能最好,其硬度为56.2HRC,耐磨性能比高铬铸铁高25%,并且该铸铁含铬量较低,具有一定的价格优势。In order to obtain the wear-resistant materials with economic and utilization value, a kind of medium-chromium cast iron with 1.0% titanium was designed and its heat treatment processes were determined according to the Jmat curve, and the microstructure and properties of the alloys both as-cast and as-heat-treated were observed and tested by optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscope, hardness tester, impact testing machine, abrasive wear testing machine and so on. The results show that, after quenched at 1 040 ℃ and tempering, the medium-chromium cast iron with 1.0% titanium has the best comprehensive properties. And its hardness is 56.2 HRC, wear resistance is 25% higher than that of high chromium cast iron. The medium-chromium cast iron obtains a price advantages due to containing less chromium.
