摘  要:采用有限元方法,对压铸机送料过程中冲头与熔缸之间的摩擦进行了仿真分析。基于冲头与熔缸的有限元模型、材料的本构关系等,分析得到了压铸机送料过程中冲头的应力分布。与现场实测情况比较,模拟结果与实际情况吻合。为研究冲头磨损、提高冲头寿命提供了有力的支持。The friction between the punch and the fusing cylinder in feeding process of die casting machine was simulated by finite element analysis method. The stress distribution of the punch during feeding process was obtained based on finite element model and material constitutive relations of the punch and fusing cylinder. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the test results in actual situation, which provides a strong support for researching punch's wear and increasing punch' s life.
