摘  要:为了优化宽厚板钢锭的生产工艺,以铸造模拟软件ProCAST为平台进行不同中空间距侧壁保温下钢锭温度场数值模拟,研究中空间距对45 t大型钢锭定向凝固过程的影响。模拟结果表明,中空侧壁对钢锭定向凝固具有明显的保温作用,抑制了侧壁传热;当中空厚度为4 mm时保温效果最好,延长了全凝时间,从而提高了宽厚板钢锭的质量。In order to optimize the production process of heavy plate steel ingot, the temperature fields in the steel ingot during unidirectional solidification under different hollow space mathematical model were numerically simulated by ProCAST software, the effect of hollow lateral wall distance on the solidification process of 45t large steel ingot was studied. The results show that the hollow lateral wall has significant insulating effect on the process of unidirectional solidification, and can inhibit heat transfer from lateral wall; when the thickness of hollow lateral wall is 4 mm, the effect of keeping temperature is best, the coagulation time extending, the quality of ingot plate improving.
