摘 要:通过对铸渣机铜渣模工作状态分析,确定其主要失效形式是热疲劳损伤和破坏,由此选择退火铁素体球墨铸铁QT400-15作为铜渣模材质;通过合理设计化学成分范围,并采用两种铸造工艺方案进行对比试验。经加强治炼、球化、孕育和热处理工艺控制,研制了稀土镁球墨铸铁铜渣模,已在某有色金属冶炼厂装机使用,可消除早期开裂现象,减少停机时间,提高生产效率,使用寿命提高50%以上。Aimed at the main failure mode of copper-slag casting mould in working, which is thermal fatigue and damage, annealed ferritic ductile iron QT400-15 was selected as copper slag mold material, and the reasonable chemical composition was designed, two kinds of casting processes were contrasted. A RE-Mg nodular cast iron for copper-slag casting mould was developed by strengthening the process control of smelting, spheroidization, inoculation and heat treatment. The use in a non-ferrous metal smelting factory shows that the material can eliminate the phenomenon of early cracking of the mould, reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, prolong the service life by 50% or more.
