摘 要:中国联通WCDMA网已进行了三年多的建设,正式运营以来,3G用户快速发展,但WCDMA网无线资源配置依然沿用集团统一模型,资源配置模型已不适用于业务发展。通过分析国内现网典型城市WCDMA网三种主要业务R99、HSDPA、HSUPA的实际模型,结合不同业务对无线网络资源的需求,主要包括CE资源、码资源和功率资源,分析实际业务发展的资源受限条件,给出无线网络资源的配置建议和扩容建议,指导更有效的网络规划建设和无线资源配置方案。China Unicom' s WCDMA network has experienced more than three years years' construction, and the number of 3G users also has a rapid development since its formal operation, but the WCDMA wireless network resources allocation continues to use the Group' s unified model, and this model is not applicable to business development. Based on analyzing the actual models of the three major existing WCDMAnetwork services: R99, HSDPA, HSUPA existing in typical cities at home, and in combination of different services on wireless network resources, including CE resource, code resources and power resources, this paper discusses the resource-constrained conditions of the actual service development, gives the suggestions on resources configuration and capacity expansion of wireless network, thus to guide the effective network planning and construction, including the formulation wireless network resource allocation scheme.
