摘 要:采用模拟体液法快速制备羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米针,并研究了HA生长机制。分析结果表明,仅反应1min就可以获得宽约5nm,长50~80nm且分散良好的HA纳米针,形貌和尺寸与人体骨中的HA极为相似。反应时间影响合成产物的形貌及物相,短时间内延长反应时间有利于HA纳米针的生长,但反应时间超过48h会导致HA与过量的HPO24-反应生成Ca3(PO4)2。Uhrafine hydroxyapatite (HA) needles were prepared rapidly in the simulated body fluid, and the growth mechanism of the HA fine needles was studied. The results showed that well-dispersed HA nanoneedles with about five nanometers in width andfifty to eighty nanometers in length were developed in just one minute. The size and morphology of the synthesized HA are very similar to those of HA in human bone. Reaction time has some effects on both morphology and phase composition of the product. In a short period of time from the beginning the growth of the nano-sized needle-like HA crystals is favored by the time increase. However, when the reaction time is over 48h, HA reacts with excess HPO4,2- to form Ca3 (PO4)2 phase.
