优质大粒鲜食蚕豆‘通蚕鲜7号’的选育及应用前景

摘　　要：‘通蚕鲜7号'系江苏沿江地区农业科学研究所以(93009/97021)F_2//97021早世代选择和回交相结合选育而成的优质高产大粒鲜食蚕豆新品种,属秋播大粒鲜食蚕豆类型,全生育期220 d左右(采收鲜荚生育期209 d);大荚大粒,干籽粒百粒重205 g左右,鲜籽粒百粒重410～450 g;产量高,江苏省区域试验鲜荚平均产量19 600.2 kg/hm^2;品质优,蛋白质含量30.5%,淀粉含量53.8%;抗逆性强,耐寒性好,中抗赤斑病、锈病,较耐白粉病,综合性状优良;适宜在江苏、浙江、福建、上海及长江中下游地区作秋播鲜食蚕豆种植。＇Tongcanxian 7＇, a table variety of autumn-sown high-quality and large-grained broad bean,was bred by this institute through early generation selection and backcross of 93009/97021F2/ 97021. Its whole growth period is about 220 d and the period from seeding to harvesting fresh pods is 209 d;Its 100-grain weight is about 205 g for dry seeds and 410- 450 g for fresh seeds; Its fresh pod yield in the Jiangsu regional trial is averagely 19 600.2 kg/hm2 ;Its seeds are good in quality,30.5% in protein content and 53.8% in starch content; It has high adverse resistance ,good cold hardiness, mod- erate resistance to red spot disease and rust disease, high tolerance to powdery mildew, and good com- prehensive character;And so it is suitable to planting as an autumn-sown table variety of broad bean in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Shanghai as well as the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze.
