摘 要:针对作物设施栽培要求,设计一种新型的双层塑料大棚。采用装配式钢管结构,由每隔2个单拱添加1个带拉杆的拱架为一个组合结构,完成外层拱棚的单元结构设计,通过纵向横梁将一系列的组合单元构成外层拱棚框架,这种结构既提高了竖直方向的稳定性又增加了拱棚横向的稳定性。以安徽省部分区域雪荷载和风荷载为例,利用ANSYS软件对该棚型进行应力和位移分析计算,组合单元拱架所受的最大弯曲应力为36.08 MPa,单元的最大位移量为3.31 mm,远远小于单层棚型拱架结构中单拱所受应力大小与位移量。相比目前应用广泛的普通单层塑料大棚,通过组合结构构建的新型塑料大棚能有效减小拱的位移,增加拱的结构稳定性。实践表明:这种双层棚结构具有很好的稳定性和应用推广价值。According to requirements of crop cultivation under structure,a new type of double-layer plastic tunnel was designed. Its outer shelf structure was formed by a series of combination units in which an assembled steel-pipe construction was used and an arch with a cross bar was added every two simple arches, thus improving both vertical and horizontal stabilities of the plastic tunnel. By taking the snow and wind loads in some areas of Anhui Province,the stress and displacement analyses by the ANSYS software showed that the maximum bending stress borne by the combination units was 36.08 MPa and the maximum displacement per unit was 3.31 mm,being much less than the stress and displacement borne by a simple arch of single-layer plastic tunnel. Compared with the currently wide- ly-used single-layer plastic tunnel, the new-type double-layer plastic tunnel formed by the composite structure could effectively reduce the displacement of the arch and enhance the stability of the arch structure. The practice also indicated that this kind of double-layer plastic tunnel had good stability and wide application value.
