摘　　要：目的探讨经皮双头空心加压螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折的疗效。方法应用AOΦ3.0 mm双头空心加压螺钉经皮内固定治疗18例腕舟骨骨折,术后短臂石膏外固定。结果患者均获随访,时间6～24个月。无感染病例。骨折于1～3个月内达临床愈合,无再移位、感染及局部积液。根据美国骨科医师协会(AAOS)关节功能评价:优10例,良5例,可2例,差1例。结论经皮AOΦ3.0 mm双头空心加压螺钉内固定治疗A2型腕舟骨骨折是一种有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of Herbert screw percutaneous internal fixation for wrist scaphoid frac- ture. Methods 18 cases of wrist scaphoid fractures were undergone Herbert screw percutaneous internal fixation, and postoperative short arm plaster immobilization. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 24 months. No in- fection was found. In 1～ 3 months, all cases got clinically union. No redisplacement, infection or local effusion was found. According to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Association （AAOS） joint function evaluation： the resuks were excellent in 10 cases, good in 5, fair in 2, and poor in 1. Conclusions Percutaneous AO φ 3.0 mm Herbert screw percutaneous internal fixation for wrist scaphoid fracture is a kind of effective method.
