摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨远端前外侧解剖型钢板治疗不稳定性Pilon骨折的手术方法、手术时机及疗效。方法对40例Pilon骨折患者分期进行胫骨前外侧解剖型钢板内固定手术。结果 40例均获得随访,时间12～36个月。踝关节功能按Mazur评分:优25例,良8例,可4例,差3例,优良率为82.5%。结论不稳定性Pilon骨折应根据不同的骨折类型、软组织损伤程度选择不同的手术方式和手术时机,可取得良好的效果。Objective To investigate the curative effects of anterolateral distal tibia1 anatomic plate for treatment of the unstable Pilon fractures at different time points. Methods 40 cases of Pilon fracture accepted internal fixation with anterolateral distal tibial anatomic plates at different times. Results All the patients had been followed up from 12 to 36 months. According to Mazur system, the ankle function was excellent in 25 cases, good in 8, fair in 4, and poor in 3, the excellent and good rate was 82.5 %. Conclusions To get the best clinical results, the correct opera- tive approaches and optimal time should be chosen by surgeons who should carefully consider the type of the instability Pilon fracture and the degree of soft tissue injury.
