可吸收螺钉在踝关节骨折合并下胫腓分离中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收螺钉在踝关节骨折合并下胫腓分离中的临床应用效果。方法使用可吸收螺钉经钢板孔或钢板外固定治疗17例踝关节骨折合并下胫腓分离患者。结果 17例均获随访,时间3个月～2年,骨折均获得临床愈合。按AOFAS踝关节功能评分:优13例,良3例,可1例。结论可吸收螺钉是治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓分离的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical result of absorbable screws for treating ankle fracture with lower tibio- fibular separation. Methods 17 eases of ankle fracture with lower tibiofibular separation were treated by using ab- sorbable screws with steel plate or steel plate to the external fixation. Results All cases were followed up, range 3 months to 2 years,and all fractures were got clinical healing. According to the functional criteria of AOFAS：13 pa- tients were excellent, good in 3 cases, and fair in 1 case. Conclusions This is a good method by using the absorba- ble screw to treat ankle fracture with lower tibiofibular separation.
