哈尔滨地区城市与农村正常人群糖化血清白蛋白参考值范围的研究

摘　　要：目的建立并研究酶学检测糖化血清白蛋白(GA)在哈尔滨地区人群的参考值范围。方法实验选取了1 200例志愿者,各志愿者经检查符合各项研究入选标准的共882例。使用Lucica GA-L试剂盒检测入选志愿者的血清糖化白蛋白,并统计分析试验结果。结果①882例志愿者的GA水平呈正态分布,GA水平范围为8.8%～19.7%,取两侧95%区间为参考值范围:9.8%～16.0%;②GA水平与年龄成正相关,年龄每增加一岁,GA值增加0.04。并且60岁以上人群与20～39岁人群GA水平差别有统计学意义(P<0.001);③女性GA水平高于男性人群,农村略高于城市人群,差异无统计学意义。结论哈尔滨地区的正常人群GA参考值范围为9.8%～16.0%。Objective To study and establish the reference range of serum glycated albumin （GA） measured through enzymatic method in normal urban and rural population in Harbin. Methods Eight hundred and eighty-two qualified person from 1200 volunteers of Harbin with normal glucose tolerance who meeting all the inclusion criteria were selected. GA was measured through Lucica GA kit in all subjects. Results （1）The GA level was normal distributed which range was from 8.8% to 19.7%, and the reference range of GA was 9.8% - 16.0%（2） There was a positive correlation between age and GA level, the GA increased by nearly 0.04 when the age increased every 1 year. And the group of above 60 years old had a significant higher GA level than the 20 -39 years old. （3）No significant difference in gender comparisons was found, although women had a little higher GA level than men, and the rural people had a little higher GA level than urban people, but there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion The reference range of serum glyeated albumin （GA） measured through enzymatic method in normal rural and urban population in Harbin is 9.8% - 16.0%.
