摘  要:利用禾谷类作物数量性状遗传模型,以6个籼型不同胞质类型的三系不育系为母本,5个早籼恢复系为父本,按不完全双列杂交设计,分析早籼杂交稻稻米胶稠度的种子、细胞质和母体遗传效应与杂种优势.结果表明,稻米胶稠度遗传主要受种子直接显性遗传效应控制,恢复系明恢82和明恢89可以极显著或显著地提高杂种胶稠度.杂交早稻组合F2稻米胶稠度的总平均优势和总超亲优势,均受到种子直接基因效应和母体植株基因效应的控制.Applying the quantitative traits genetic model in cereal crops, taking 6 Indica CMS lines in different cytoplasms as mater- ruff plants and 5 early Indica restorers as male parents, according to the design of incomplete diaUel cross, genetic effects and heter- osis in seeds, cytoplasms and maternal for gel consistency of early Indica hybrid rice were analyzed. Gel consistency was mainly controlled by seed genetic effects, which were all mainly from seed dominance effects. The restorers, Minghui 82 and Minghui 89, were male parents for breeding early Indica hybrid rice combinations with high gel consistency. The total average superiority and total heterobeltiosis of the gel co^tency was controUed by seed genetic effects and maternal genetic effects in F2 of early season Indica hybrid rico.
