摘 要:选择5份辣椒亲本材料作为母本,6份辣椒亲本材料作为父本,按半双列杂交法配制出25个杂交组合,测定其杂种优势,运用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)标记分析辣椒亲本间遗传距离与产量杂种优势的关系.结果表明:亲本间遗传距离与8个农艺性状杂种优势指数的相关系数为-0.39-0.38,其中,与产量杂种优势指数的相关系数仅为-0.02,未达到极显著水平;通过对产量杂种优势做二维坐标散点图,发现当遗传距离小于0.4051时,产量杂种优势随着遗传距离的增大而增强,当遗传距离大于0.4051时,产量杂种优势随着遗传距离的增大而减小.因此,在进行辣椒新品种选育时,不能只以表现型和地理差异为依据,应当选择适当的遗传距离,以获得更大的杂种优势.The sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) was used to analyze the correlation between genetic distance with beterosls of various agronomic traits in peppers. The materials consisted of five male parent peppers, six female parent peppers and their 25 F1 hybrids based on half dial]el methods. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between parental genetic dis- tanoe ranged from -0.39 to 0.38 with 8 agronomic traits, whereas -0.02 with yield trait, not significant. The two-dimensional co- ordinate scatterplot for yield heterosls was established, and the results showed that with the increase of genetic distance the yield bet- erosis was improved when the genetic distance was less than 0.4051, whereas reduced when the genetic distance was greater than 0.4051. Therefore, in order to obtain greater heterosls during the new varieties breeding of pepper appropriate genetic distance should be selected in addition to phenotype and geographical difference.
