摘  要:为了解浙江省奶牛乳房炎致病菌的耐药情况,评估其耐药表型与基因型的相关性,本研究从浙江省主要奶牛养殖区奶牛乳房炎病例分离到70株金黄色葡萄球菌,测定它们对13种常用抗菌药物的药敏性,并采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测这些细菌耐青霉素G、庆大霉素、红霉素和四环素的耐药基因mecA、aac(6')/aph(2″)、erm和tetM的携带情况.结果表明,奶牛乳房炎金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗生素的耐药情况严重,耐药表型和耐药基因型的符合率较高.70株金黄色葡萄球菌主要对青霉素G、庆大霉素、红霉素和四环素耐药,表型耐药率分别为90.0%、67.1%、50.0%和60.0%,耐药基因mecA、aac(6')/aph(2″)、erm和tetM的检出率分别是92.9%、77.1%、48.6%和61.4%,耐药表型与耐药基因型的符合率分别为97.1%、70.0%、87.1%和81.4%.To investigate the drug resistance and the correlation between phenotypes and genotypes of bovine mastiffs pathogens, 70 Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from mastitic cases in the major dairy regions of Zhejiang Province, and they were studied for their susceptibility to 13 commonly used antimicrobial agents, and the genes of mecA, aac (6')/aph(2"), erm and tetM in connec- tion with penicillin G, gentamicin, erythromycin and tetracycline were detected by PCR. The results indicated that the S. aureus iso- lates had serious resistance to antibacterial agents, and the phenotypes and genotypes were closely associated. Of the 70 S. aureus, the bacteria mainly resistant to penicillin, gentamicin, erythromycin and tetracycline were 90.0%, 67.1%, 50.0% and 60.0%, re- spectively; 92.9%, 77.1%, 48.6% and 61.4% of the bacteria were detected to have the genes of mecA, aac(6')/aph(2"), erm and tetM. The compatibility between the phenotypes and genotypes were 97.1%, 70.0%, 87.1% and 81.4%, respectively.
