摘　　要：目的:研制严重多发伤动物模型,检验初级生命救护装置的应用效果。方法:健康比格犬13只,体质量(14.2±1.2)kg,随机分为完全性上气道梗阻窒息≤6 min组(A组,n=4);7～8 min组(B组,n=4)和≥9 min组(C组,n=5),对比分析模型的稳定性和装备的实用性。结果:A、B、C组成活率分别为100%、75%、60%;死亡的3例均在市售救护器材组。结论:比格犬严重多发伤窒息模型能较好地反映各时段生命体征、血象、血气等多项指标的变化规律,具有较好的稳定性、可重复性;生命救护装备在抢救中做出了重要贡献。Objective：To develop the animal model with severe multiple trauma and observe the rescue effect of primary life supporting devices.Methods： The models of complete upper respiratary tract obstruction asphyxia were made in thirteen Beagle dogs.The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups according to asphyxia time,and they were less than 6 min group（group A,n=4）,7-8 min group（group B,n=4） and more than 9 min group（group C,n=5） respectively.Stability of model and practicability of divices were analyzed.Results：The survival rates of A,B,C groups were 100%,75%,60% respectively.Three animals supplied with commercial devices were dead.Conclusion： The changes of vital signs,blood routine,blood gas in each period could be reflected by the Beagle dog model with severe multiple trauma,which showed a good stability and repeatability.Life supporting devices played an important role in the rescue course.
