摘  要:目的:研制严重多发伤动物模型,检验初级生命救护装置的应用效果。方法:健康比格犬13只,体质量(14.2±1.2)kg,随机分为完全性上气道梗阻窒息≤6 min组(A组,n=4);7~8 min组(B组,n=4)和≥9 min组(C组,n=5),对比分析模型的稳定性和装备的实用性。结果:A、B、C组成活率分别为100%、75%、60%;死亡的3例均在市售救护器材组。结论:比格犬严重多发伤窒息模型能较好地反映各时段生命体征、血象、血气等多项指标的变化规律,具有较好的稳定性、可重复性;生命救护装备在抢救中做出了重要贡献。Objective:To develop the animal model with severe multiple trauma and observe the rescue effect of primary life supporting devices.Methods: The models of complete upper respiratary tract obstruction asphyxia were made in thirteen Beagle dogs.The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups according to asphyxia time,and they were less than 6 min group(group A,n=4),7-8 min group(group B,n=4) and more than 9 min group(group C,n=5) respectively.Stability of model and practicability of divices were analyzed.Results:The survival rates of A,B,C groups were 100%,75%,60% respectively.Three animals supplied with commercial devices were dead.Conclusion: The changes of vital signs,blood routine,blood gas in each period could be reflected by the Beagle dog model with severe multiple trauma,which showed a good stability and repeatability.Life supporting devices played an important role in the rescue course.
