摘  要:目的:研制严重多发伤、急性上呼吸道梗阻动物模型,探索模型制备后的急救处理。方法:比格犬13只,体质量(14.2±1.2)kg,雌雄不拘,制备严重多发伤、急性上呼吸道梗阻动物模型,随机分为完全性梗阻≤6 min组(A组,n=4),完全性梗阻7~8 min组(B组,n=4),不完全性梗阻≥9 min组(C组,n=5)。3组均按统一检测指标和复苏方法进行各时间段的复苏。结果:各组各时间点生命体征血气的监测指标差异显著。A组6 min开始复苏,全部成活;B组8 min开始复苏,75%成活;C组平均9 min开始复苏,成活率为60%。结论:及时清除呼吸道分泌物和异物,进行有效机械通气,是急性上呼吸道梗阻的急救关键。Objective:To construct the animal model of severe multiple injuries and acute upper respiratory tract obstruction and explore its first aid method.Methods: Thirteen Beagle dogs were used for the model construction,which were randomly divided into three groups: group A(entire obstruction,asphyxiation time ≤6 min,n=4),group B(entire obstruction,asphyxiation time 7-8 min,n=4),and group C(partial obstruction,asphyxiation time ≥9 min,n=5).Three groups were administered with the same measurement indexes and resuscitation methods,and were observed at different time points.Results: There were significant differences in vital signs and blood gas analysis among three groups.All animals recovered successfully in group A,75% animals survived in group B,and 60% animals survived in group C.Conclusion: The important emergency treatment methods for severe multiple injuries and acute upper respiratory tract obstruction should include removing the respiratory secretions and foreign bodies,and effective mechanical ventilation.
