摘 要:目的探讨腺苷负荷经主动脉根部声学造影定性及定量评价心肌微循环灌注的可行性。方法 24只犬左冠脉前降支阻断120 min后再灌注60 min,分别于阻断、再灌注、腺苷负荷条件下行经主动脉根部声学造影检测。对5只模型犬行SPECT检查。采用TTC-Evens blue双染色确定缺血及梗死节段数。Qlab 8.1高级量化软件定量分析声学造影结果。结果声学造影对缺血及梗死心肌的评价与SPECT、组织染色对比,特异性分别为64.2%,71.2%,敏感性分别为81.5%,72.4%。结论腺苷负荷经主动脉根部声学造影可定性及定量评价心肌微循环灌注。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of myocardial microcirculation perfusion by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) during adenosine stress using aortic root injections of microbubble. Methods The left ante- rior descending arteries of twenty four healthy mongrel dogs were occluded for 120 min followed by 60 min reperfu- sion. Myocardial contrast echocardiography using aortic root injections of microbubbles were enrolled at the time of oc- cluded, after reperfusion and adenosine stress. Five dogs were chosen for SPECT, staining with Evans blue and TTC were used to check the myocardial segments of ischemia and infarction. Qlab 8.1 were used to quantitively analysis the images of MCE. Results The specificity of MCE /SPECT, MCE /TTC-Evans blue dye staining were 64.2% and 71.2%, the sensitivity were 81.5% and 72.4%. Conclusions Myocardial contrast echocardiography during adenosine stress using aortic root injections of microbubbles could accurately assess myocardial perfusion.
