艾滋病患者治疗依从性的现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病患者接受抗逆转录病毒治疗的治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法对来自我院艾滋病病房和门诊的135例艾滋病患者进行服药情况及其影响因素的问卷调查,所有数据应用SPSS 19.0进行统计处理。结果艾滋病患者治疗依从性好者78例,依从率为57.8%。不同性别、年龄、学历、家庭住址、职业、不同感染途径的艾滋病患者治疗依从率间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而不同婚姻状况、不同CD4+T细胞计数、不同家庭支持系统、有无药物不良反应的艾滋病患者治疗依从率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,CD4+T细胞计数、药物不良反应、家庭支持系统是影响艾滋病患者治疗依从性的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论 CD4+T细胞计数、药物不良反应、家庭支持系统是影响艾滋病患者治疗依从性的因素对接受抗逆转录病毒治疗的患者应进行宣传教育,针对其依从性的影响因素,采取个体化的护理干预,提高患者的治疗依从性。Objective To explore the medication compliance of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 135 AIDS outpatients and inpatients were investigated by questionnaires about the medication compliance and influencing factors. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results Of these 135 AIDS patients, 78 （57.8%） received the anti -retroviral therapy. The compliance rates showed no significant difference a- mong patients with different gender, age, education background, residence, occupation, and transmission route （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, it was significantly different in terms of marital status, total count of CD4＋ T lymphocyte, adverse effects of drugs, and family support （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that the total count of CD4＋ T lymphocytes, adverse effects of drugs, and family support were the independent factors of treatment compliance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The total count of CD4＋ T lymphocyte, side effects of drugs, and family support are the major factors that influence medication compliance. Accord- ing to the survey, both medical and nursing staff should strengthen the health education to patients and adopt the specific interven- tion to enhance the medication compliance.
