摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是一种部分自限性疾病,随着放射介入技术的推广,微创介入治疗技术近年来得到广泛应用,显著降低了腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗率,非手术治疗成为本病的基本治疗方法。本文主要论述腰椎间盘突出症的非手术治疗方法,为临床提供参考。Lumbar disc herniation is a partly self - limited disease, and with the development of radiology intervention- al techniques, minimally invasive treatment techniques have been widely applied in recent years, which significantly reduced the rate of surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation, turning non - surgical treatment into a basic therapy for the disease. This pa- per mainly reviewed non - surgical therapies of lumbar disc herniation in order to provide references for clinic.
