摘 要:热释电探测器由于具有结构简单、性价比高等优点而备受青睐。就热释电探测器/前放组件在实际工作中需要较快的响应速度,从热释电探测器及前置放大器的设计着手考虑,成功研制出高灵敏度的快速响应热释电探测器/前放组件;针对热释电探测器-前置放大器组件使用时需要承受高过载冲击及剧烈振动,在几项关键工艺中采取了一系列措施。最后,给出了热释电探测器/前放组件的测试结果和环境试验结果,表明达到抗高过载、快速响应的要求。The pyroelectric detector is widely used for its simple structure and high performance-to-price ratio. It has been used in thermal detecting, infrared spectrum and laser testing applications. When the pyroelectric detector is used in practice, fast response speed is needed. For improving the response speed of the pyroelectric detector, some specific technology must be applied in the preamplifier. A high sensitive and fast pyroelectric detector preamplifier assembly is presented in tis paper. When the device is applied in acute concussion condition, it must survive from some specific technology must be used in the the acute concussion condition testing. For its reliability, device fabricating procedure. At last the performance parameter testing result and simulation application condition result are given in this paper, showing the performance of the pyroelectric detector-preamplifier assembly had achieved the advance goal.
