福建省发展低碳消费的实现路径研究

摘　　要：低碳消费是当今人类为应对资源环境危机而提出的一种新型消费方式,具有低碳、环保、节约、健康、公正等特点。福建省发展低碳消费有一定的基础,但也存在着配套政策体系不完善、居民低碳消费观念不强、低碳消费能力不足、低碳产品供给能力不够等问题。因此,构建福建低碳消费方式需要完善配套政策体系、加强低碳消费教育宣传、提升居民低碳消费能力和低碳产品服务供给能力。Low carbon consumption is a new consumption pattern which the humans have suggested for dealing with the resource and environment crisis,with the characteristics of low carbon,economy,environment protection,health and justice.In Fujian Province,there is a foundation of developing low carbon consumption,but in view of the imperfect coordinated policy system,residents short of low carbon consumption awareness and ability,and insufficient service and supply of low carbon products,a perfect coordinated policy system,low carbon consumption education and publicity,residents＇ high low carbon consumption ability,sufficient service and supply of low carbon products are demanded to bring about a low carbon consumption pattern.
