摘　　要：华法林是目前广泛应用的口服抗凝血药,是抗凝治疗的首选药。华法林引起出血合并症很常见,而引起胃食管黏膜下血肿形成及出血较少见。本研究回顾临床应用华法林引起凝血机制障碍,报告出现食管黏膜下血肿的3例病例。As one of the common oral drugs for anticoagulation,Warfarin is the drug of first choice.The paper reviews the disturbance of blood coagulation mechanism induced by clinical application of Warfarin,and then reports 3 cases of esophageal mucosa hematoma.The hemorrhage complication caused by Warfarin is common;however,the case of esophageal mucosa hematoma and hemorrhage is special.
