预立医疗指示的正当性诠释

摘　　要：预立医疗指示是指个人在自己仍具清醒意识及决定能力时,为其将来可能失去决定能力的情况下的医疗处置预做规划,其核心是当个人处于临终状态时是否接受心肺复苏术。预立医疗指示是伦理自律原则的要求;是自我决定权利的延伸;是个人对自己临终死亡路径所做出的安排。其有着不可侵犯的道德权威性,应受到尊重与维护。The term ＂advance directive＂ can be defined as that people give instructions about what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions due to illness or incapacity.The core of it is whether one receives cardiopulmonary resuscitation if he or she is in the terminal stage.Advance directive is the outcome of the ethical principle of autonomy,freedom,dignity and self-discipline.It is the extension of the right of self-determination and one′s own arrangement of terminal clinical pathway.It is of inviolate moral authority and should be respected and preserved.
