摘  要:目的分析全科医生转岗培训效果,探索全科医生转岗培训模式。方法对郴州市首批全科医生转岗培训学员采用"导师制+选修式+补短板"组合式培训方法,采用考试、转岗合格率和问卷调查评价培训方法。结果学员年龄23~45岁,政府出资培训即便影响收入仍有91.1%(82/90)的学员愿意再次参加岗位培训,对全科医生了解率达100.0%,愿意从事全科医生的比例为86.7%(78/90),与病友建立了"一对一"照顾关系的比例为77.8%(70/90),随叫随到出诊率为75.7%(68/90),技能考试平均成绩75.2分,理论考试平均成绩77.9分,转岗培训合格率为95.0%(95/100)。结论基层卫生院专科医生通过转岗培训后学员能掌握全科医生的基本知识与技能,"导师制+选修式+补短板"培训模式可行。Objective To analyze the effect of job training for general practitioner and to explore the training mode. Methods A combined method of " tutorial system + elective course + shortage - complement board" was conducted for the first group of trainees from Chenzhou city. And then the training method was evaluated by using test results, qualified rate of job performance and questionnaires. Results The age of trainees was 23 -45 years old. Some 91.1% (82/90) of them showed their desire to participate in the job training sponsored by the government. Some 100. 0% of them understood the general practitioner, 86. 7% (78/90) wanted to become a general practitioner, 77.8% (70/90) established the " one to one" relationship with patients, and 75.7% (68/90) could make home visit on call. The average score of skill tests was 75.2, and the average score of the theory test was 77.9. The qualified rate for the job training was 95.0%. Conclusion The specialized doctor in primary health institutions can master the basic knowledge and skills for general practitioner, and the training method of " tutorial system + elective course + shortage-complement board" is feasible.
