摘　　要：现阶段,信托产品以其高收益、低风险的特性已经成为国民理财的重要投资方向,信托资金倾向于投资高利润增长的房地产、基础设施和矿产能源等资金密集型行业。未来十年,随着我国产业结构的升级,养老、REITs地产、旅游、动漫和小微企业等五个领域有望为信托资金提供新的投资空间。At present, trust products have become an important investment direction of the popular financing to its higher profit and lower risks, and trust funds tend to invest high profit growth and capital intensive industries such as real estate, infrastructure and energy minerals industry. In the next decade, with the upgrading of the industrial structure in China, the five major fields such as pension, REITs, tourism, animation and micro-businesses are expected to provide new investment space for Trust funds.
