摘  要:为了对比不同类型微波吸收剂及其混合物的吸波性能,利用MG公式,计算了X波段电阻型碳纤维吸收剂和磁介质型铁氧体吸收剂在不同配比下的混合物的等效电磁参数,并分别分析了其吸波性能。通过对比材料的阻抗匹配特性和衰减系数表明,在铁氧体中添加碳纤维并不能提高吸波性能。虽然混合吸收剂兼具电损耗和磁损耗,可以增强对电磁波的衰减,但是由于一般的电性材料具有较高的介电常数,掺杂磁性材料会破坏材料的阻抗匹配特性,使得表面反射增强,吸波性能得不到改善。To compare the absorbing properties of different microwave absorbent and their mixture, firstly using Maxwell-Garnett (MG) formula the effective electromagnetic parameter was calculated of the mixture of X band resistance-type carbon fiber absorbent and magnetic dielectric type ferrite absorbent in dif- ferent proportion, and their absorbing properties analyzed. Then the resistance matching character and at- tenuation coefficient of the materials were compared, which proves that adding carbon fiber in ferrite can- not improve absorption properties.~ Although the ability of attenuation would be enhanced when the resistance materials and magnetic materials are mixed with each other, doping will destroy the materials" resist- ance matching character because the resistance materials have high permittivity. It makes reflection in- crease and cannot improve absorbin; properties.
